At Demeter Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scent experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused fragrance bottles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
